CALS 2026 Intern Program

16th Annual Collegiate Athletics Leadership Symposium

Fort Worth, Texas •   September 27-29, 2026 

What is CALS? 

The Collegiate Athletic Leadership Symposium (CALS) is a unique event designed to equip senior level athletic administrators with both practical knowledge they can apply immediately in their current position as well as skills they can use when pursuing further career goals.

INTERN REQUIREMENTS

Must be a graduate student and either

• Currently working in a college athletic department or similar experience

• Currently enrolled in a Sports Management/Administration Graduate Program or similar

• Preference given to students graduating during the 2026-27 academic year

CALS duties include:

Event setup, registration, audio/visual, social media engagement, other duties as directed by CALS staff

CALS benefits include:

Must be able to:

Be positive, professional and proactive.

Arrive by 1:30PM on Sunday, September 27th and be available for CALS Sessions through Tuesday, September 29th at 12:30pm.
